I hope this letters find you well. I know you have an important exam coming up and you're feeling very stressed and tired about it. I'm just like you, very worried and stressed about the upcoming exam. School is one of the places that causes me stress. To relieve this stress, I try to organize my time and rank my tasks according to their importance. I also take regular breaks and participate in some recreational activities. Another way to overcome stress at school is to ask for support from others when needed. I can seek help or advice from friends, classmates or teachers. And you too, you should also share with your relatives to reduce your pressure. By doing these things, I hope you will reduce stress and its impact on your life and learning process.
