1. My mother's hobby is suft the internet. She started her hobby when she was 25 years old. When she started her hobby, she shared them with some of her friends. When she surfs the internet, she just surfs for some clothes. Some for me, some for my little brother and of course some for her and my dad too. Her hobby helps my family a little. It helps us have more clothes. I feel that her hobby is interesting too.

2. There are many ways to help you stay healthy. First, you should eat more coloured vegetables and fruits because they will provide for you many vitamins. Remember, don't eat more fast food than healthy food. Secondly, you should exercises regularly, about 15 - 30 minutes a day. In the end, you must have a sleep daily, sleep about 7 - 8 hours a day so you can have a healthy body. If you follow these simple tips, you can have a healthy life.

Long time no see, how are you now? I hope you're doing great! I want to share you some volunteer activities I do last year. I joined some fun community activities. I helped clean up th local park and planted some trees with my friends. We also organized a bake sale to raise money for a children's hospital. After that, we collected some used papers to exchanged books to donate for some street childens.It was great! Let's plan to do somethings like that again!
