1. My hobby is playing badminton. I started 1 year ago. I share my hobby with my father. To do my hobby, I need a racket and badminton shutlecock. I usually play badminton with my father and my brother in the early morning or in afternoon. I like playing badminton because it helps me stronger and good for me healthy.

2. To live a healthy life, I try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly by playing sports, ang get enough sleep. Besides, I always do my homework ang participate in extracurricular activities. A healthy lifestyle helpsme feel happy ang energetic everyday.
