Cooking is my favorite hobby. My grandmother taught me how to cook my first dish when I was 8. My family enjoyed it so much so that is when I started this hobby. Some people say cooking is a waste of time but I find this hobby very interesting and meaningful. I really love trying new food and cooking for my family. The feeling of making my family happy with my food is amazing. I often collect recipes from my mother and my grandmother. Sometimes I also get recipes from the internet. Then I write them in a notebook. I hope I will become a good chef and have my own cookery book in the future.

I was born and raised in Bac Giang province. My family has six people, and they are my grandfather, my parents, my elder sister, my younger sister and I. My father is hard on us, and he usually has a strict look. I know he loves us very much, but he is sometimes stern because he wants us to learn good things. My mother is in the opposite side of him. She is a very gentle woman, and she always takes good care of the family. Most of the time she is our advocate when one of us is being scolded. The fights over silly things between my sister and I are usually the biggest reason why we are in trouble. However, we also show the love of siblings by sharing almost everything we have. My grandfather is 80 years old, and he starts to have some signs of absent-mindedness. Although he sometimes forgets, she often calls us and talks to us as if we are still small kids. Next year I am going to be away from home for college, and I think I will miss my family a lot. I promise myself to study well and finish my program quickly so that I can find a job near home to take care of my family.

My home village is now different from the village in my father's story. in his story, my village is very poor.
Everyone live a hard life that time. People lack of food, of money. Now, it is different. People don't live a hard life anymore. They have enough food, enough money, everyone got a house, and many more things. The only things that doesn't change is sentiment. Everyone always be very happy. They live together, help each other when they need, that is a luxury.
That makes my village a wonderful place for everyone. People are just farmer, but they solidarity in the face of penury. And when they have money in their hands, they still solidarity they are friendly with others, they are helpful, they are good people. That's about people.
Landscape is still like the old days. That river, that mountain. Nature is harmony with people. People live with nature, people product things of nature, and nature always open-handed with people, give them resource for them to build their house. That is what people seek, and they live with it very well.
That's all I can say about my home village, in my opinion, my village is a wonderful place. War does not determine who is right, only who is left:" Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country"

My favourite room in the house is my bedroom.It's neither big nor small.I have a bed,a wardrobe,a table,a chair,a big window and a lamp.I like anime,so I put three poster of some lovely characters on the wall.I usually do my homewwork on the desk in front of the big window.I love my room very much because it's very nice and comfortable.

This is my favourite room. This is my bedroom.The room is not too large, its area is only about 16m. On the left side of the room there is a bed. On the right side of the room there is a wardrobe and next to the wardrobe there is a fan. Opposite the door there is the shelf and next to the shelf there is desk. Under the desk there is a small drawer where I put the bag and all my school supplies in . Above the desk there is a window, this window lighting the whole room during the day, so I just need to turn on the lights at night . I love it!
