My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.

Bên cạnh phong cảnh, có thể nói Sài Gòn là một trong những thiên đường ăn uống mà mọi người không nên bỏ lỡ khi đến Việt Nam. Ở đây chúng ta có thể tìm thấy hầu hết mọi loại ẩm thực Việt Nam, và chúng ta có thể thưởng thức những món ăn đặc trưng trên các nhà hàng nổi trên sông Sài Gòn. Tôi yêu nơi này rất nhiều, bởi vì cả con người và thành phố rất tốt với tôi và những người muốn đến đây.
I was born and grew up in a small village of DAI TU district, in THAI NGUYEN province. It is about 150 km from here.
It is a small village because it has only a population of 1000 with a size of 3 square kilometers
There is a primary school in the village, so it is very convenient for children to go to school. There is a small market with a lot of fresh food. The food here is cheaper and fresher than the one in the city.
My village has some nice view, such as: large fields where we can fly a kite and Cau river, where I could swim and my mother usually wash clother there.
Centre of my village is a khuon ga pagoda, it has a large yard,where we usually play badminton, tabletenis or meet each other to chat, next to the pagoda is a large lake. I going fishing here very much.
Especially, I tea of my hometown a lot, because it very delecious, I usually drink a cup of tea before I start working.
The people in my village are very hospitable, friendly, helpful and generous. They are all hard working people. They mainly live on farming and business…
Being a learner of Tran quoc Tuan university, I only come home once a month , so I miss my hometown very much.
Life in the city is full of activity. Early in the morning hundreds of people rush out of their homes in the manner ants do when their nest is broken. Soon the streets are full of traffic. Shops and offices open, students flock to their schools and the day’s work begins. The city now throb with activity, and it is full of noise. Hundreds of sight-seers, tourists and others visit many places of interest in the city while businessmen from various parts of the world arrive to transact business.
Then towards evening, the offices and day schools begin to close. Many of the shops too close. There is now a rush for buses and other means of transport. Everyone seems to be in a hurry to reach home. As a result of this rush, many accidents occur. One who has not been to the city before finds it hard to move about at this time. Soon, however, there is almost no activity in several parts of the city. These parts are usually the business centres. With the coming of night, another kind of actịvity begins. The streets are now full of colorful lights. The air is cooler and life becomes more leisurely. People now seek entertainment. Many visit the cinemas, parks and clubs, while others remain indoors to watch television or listen to the radio. Some visit friends and relatives and some spend their time reading books and magazines. Those who are interested in polis discuss the latest polial developments. At the same time, hundreds of crimes are committed. Thieves and robbers who wait for the coming of night become active, and misfortune descends upon many. For the greed of a few, many are killed, and some live in constant fear. To bring criminals to juse, the officers of the law are always on the move.
Workers and others who seek advancement in their careers attend educational institutions which are open till late in the night. Hundreds of them sit for various examinations every year. The facilities and opportunities that the people in the city have to further their studies and increase their knowledge of human affairs are indeed many. As a result, the people of the city are usually better informed than those of the village, where even a newspaper is sometimes difficult to get.
The city could, therefore, be described as a place of ceaseless activity. Here, the drama of life is enacted every day.
My neiborhood is not big, but it has a nice view. But, some year recently, people often do not take rubbish into recycle bins, walk on the grass, use more dirty energy, noise pollution,.... So I dis something much. Althought my neighbor is so dirty, peole here improve themselevs. I my neighborhood because it's my homeland, the peole here so friendly, there are a lot of parks, supermarkets, schools,... here.

Cuối tuần vừa rồi, cả gia đình em đã cùng nhau về quê thăm ông bà ngoại. Đây là chuyến đi vô cùng vui vẻ và ý nghĩa đối với em.
Quê ngoại em là một ngôi làng nhỏ ở miền núi thuộc tỉnh Lạng Sơn. Sau gần bốn tiếng ngồi xe xóc nảy, cả gia đình em cũng về đến cổng làng. Từ xa, em đã nhìn thấy bác cả đứng chờ ở đầu làng. Thấy bố mẹ và em xuống xe, bác vui mừng bắt tay từng người một. Trên đường về nhà bà, ai đi qua cũng dừng lại hỏi thăm và gửi đến gia đình em những nụ cười thật hiền lành. Điều đó giúp em cảm nhận được sự ấm áp của tình làng nghĩa xóm chốn thôn quê. Về đến nhà bà, em nhận ra ngay hình dáng quen thuộc đang đứng chờ ở trước sân. Thế là, em liền chạy lại, ôm chầm lấy bà ngoại. Khi mọi người đều đã tề tựu đông đủ, thì kéo nhau vào nhà để tiện hàn huyên tâm sự. Ông bà hỏi thăm về đủ thứ chuyện, nào là mọi người có khỏe không, chuyện học tập như thế nào, công việc ra sao… Tất cả thể hiện sự quan tâm, lo lắng của ông bà dành cho con cháu. Tình cảm ấy thật đáng quý biết bao.
Chiều hôm ấy, trong khi bà và mẹ đang chuẩn bị bữa tối, thì ông dẫn em đi dạo vòng quanh xóm. Ông dẫn em ra hồ sen ở sau làng, có gió mát lồng lộng và những bông sen nở rộ. Ông dẫn em đến ngắm ruộng lúa xanh tốt, cạnh đó còn có cả bãi mía nữa. Ông thoăn thoắt chặt vài cây mía rồi cùng em kéo về để tráng miệng sau bữa tối. Trên đường về, trời đã dần tối. Nhìn ngắm những dãy núi xa xa lẫn sau màn mây khói tía; nhìn từng đàn chim đang vội bay về tổ, em thấy lòng mình bình yên lạ kì. Lúc ấy, em mới thấu hiểu thật sự ý nghĩa của quê hương. Đó là nơi để con người ta được trở về, được nghỉ ngơi, được là chính mình.
Tối hôm đó, em được ngủ cùng với bà ngoại. bà kể cho em nghe những câu chuyện cổ tích từ ngày xửa ngày xưa. Những câu chuyện đó em đều đã nghe hết rồi. Thế nhưng có lẽ chính ánh trăng thanh, làn gió mát rượi, tiếng ve kêu, tiếng lá xào xạc, cùng giọng kể hiền từ của bà đã khiến câu chuyện trở nên hấp dẫn hơn, và làm em dễ chìm vào giấc ngủ hơn.
Ngày hôm sau, sau khi ăn cơm trưa thì cả nhà em vội lên xe để trở về Hà Nội. Trên xe mang theo những món quà như trứng gà, rau xanh, ổi, mít… Tất cả là do ông bà ngoại, cùng bà con láng giềng đem sang cho. Tuy không quá đắt đỏ hay quý hiếm, nhưng chúng vẫn có giá trị vô cùng to lớn, bởi được mạ lên lớp vàng của tình người.
Trên đường rời xa quê ngoại, lòng em cảm thấy tiếc nuối vô cùng. Em mong sao thời gian trôi nhanh, để lại lần nữa được về quê thăm ông bà.
Sau chín tháng học hành vất vả, cuối cùng chúng em cũng được nghỉ hè. Mùa hè đến, bố mẹ thường hay đưa em đi chơi công viên nước hoặc đi xem vườn thú. Nhưng em thích nhất là được về quê thăm ông bà nội.
Như mọi năm, cứ đầu mùa hè là gia đình em dành khoảng 3 - 4 ngày cùng nhau về quê chơi. Quê em đẹp lắm. Đi trên con đường đất gập ghềnh sỏi đá, ngồi trong xe nhìn ra xa, là cánh đồng lúa rộng bao la mang màu xanh của mạ non. Xa xa, một vài chú bò đang khoan thai gặm cỏ. Một vài cậu bé đang chạy đuổi nhau để giành lấy cánh diều đang bay cao trên trời xanh rộng lớn. Chốc chốc, một đàn chim lại đua nhau chuyền cành.
Nhà ông bà nội em nằm trên một con đường nhỏ, ô tô không đi vào được. Nhà ông bà lợp mái ngói đỏ, mang màu rêu phong cổ kính. Trước nhà là một mảnh vườn nhỏ, là nơi ông em trồng rau và nuôi gà. Cành đó là một ao đầy cá. Khi thấy em và bố mẹ đến, ông bà phấn khởi lắm. Ông ôm em một cái thật chặt sau đó dắt em ra vườn chơi rồi cầm cần rẻ em ra câu cá. Hai ông cháu nói chuyện rôm rả. Ông hỏi thăm tình hình học tập của em và kể cho em nghe rất nhiều chuyện. Thấy hai ông cháu đang vui vẻ với nhau, bà em dắt bố mẹ em vào nhà và pha chè.
Tối đến, bà cùng mẹ chuẩn bị bữa cơm "cây nhà lá vườn": cá kho, thịt luộc cùng canh chua - toàn thịt rau mà ông bà nuôi trồng trong ao vườn. Có lẽ bởi thế nên em thấy bữa ăn rất ngon. Xong, em ra nằm võng ở ngoài vườn và ngủ đi lúc nào không hay.
Thời gian trôi qua mau cũng đã đến lúc bố mẹ phải đi làm, em cũng cần chuẩn bị cho năm học mới. Trước khi chia tay, ông tặng em chiếc cần câu của ông và dặn: "Khi nào rảnh thì lại lên đây chơi với ông nhé".

I am.........(your name). Yesterday, i visited Dong Ha city in Quang Tri province. Dong Ha is very mordern with many tall towers. The streets are noisy and crowded, so I don't like the roads here. But I love the foods here, they are very tasty, and there are many store here, too. Hello my name is Kiet. Today, I would to introduce about my neighbourhood. My neighbourhood is in Quang Ngai province. It is noisy but it is clean and convenient. There are Shops, Schools, Restaurants, hotels, market and so on. The streets are busy and crowded during the day. I restaurants best because the food are very good. The people here are very friendly and kind. I living here so much because every thing I need is only five minutes away

I live in the suburbs of Nha Trang city. There are many good things about living in my neighbourhood. First, it has beautiful parks, sandy beaches, and sunny weather all year. So, it's very good for outdoor activities and events. Second, the traffic here is also great because the roads are wide and people follow the traffic lights very well. Also, my neighbours are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can make friends with them and ask them for help easily. However, there is one thing I don't about living here. It's quite inconvenient because if you want to hear some live music or watch a movie at the cinema, you have to catch a bus to the city centre. Despite that, I still love living here.
My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.
