My favorite sport is swimming. I always go swimming when I have spare time. I started swimming lessons when I was 10 years old. My house doesn’t have a swimming pool, so my dad often takes me to the local swimming pool. There are many different forms of swimming such as: crawling, butterfly, breaststroke, etc. I like swimming on my stomach which you must use hand thrust. To swim safely, you need to have specialized swimming equipment such as swimming goggles, swimwear, swimming buoys, swimming hats, earplugs, sunscreen, shampoo. The hardest part of learning to swim is learning to float. In addition, we also need to practice regulating breathing, foot and hand rhythm. Swimming helps us to exercise. Swimming is suitable for almost all ages. So as long as you like it, you can learn to swim.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

I sport and I play it two hours everyday. My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energe everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. So If you playing badminton, please feel free to contact me. I think we can exchange experiences and make friends.

My favorite sport is football. It's a team sport. It usually lasts for 90 minutes for an offical football match but we play only for 30 minutes. There are 11 players on each team. It's very easy to play because we need only one ball to play. I usually play football with my friends in the afternoon. I love football very much because it's fun and good for health.

I.Talk about some TV programes that you like.
I very like watching cartoon. And of all the film I have seen ''Grave of the fireflies''is one in the carttons which I like best. In Vietnamese it's called is ''Căn hầm đom đóm'' or ''Mộ đom đóm''. It's a tragic story about two children in the war . It's made from Japan by Ghibli studio, directed and written by Takaha Isao. It is based on a nover of Nosaka Akiyuki. It's written as a apologize to his sister. With Japanese, this film is understand as a fable about the respect. Film is been in historical backround at the end of the seconds world war from Japan . Film tells a painfull story but moving two brothers sentiment of two orphaneds: Seita and Setsuko. They lost mother after a fierce bombing of American air force to Kobe city while their father combat for Japanese navy. So Seita and Setsuko must to struggle to exits between the famine and the resistance to merciless of surrounding people ( that have their kinship ). They have to live in a shelter-pit and often eat frogs and lizards. At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, picture depict painfulness and the deadth of little girl can be considered at the most mournful film picture in the Japan history. When everybody , who had seen this film are asked, most of them said they cried, and that have me.
