My city – Ha Noi city, has bad traffic problems. There are so many vehicles on the streets and alleys, from buses, cars, to motorbikes, bicycles. The city has the most motorbikes in this country. Some of the basic rolls are rice paper, shrimp salt, mango, dried beef, chili oil, and quail eggs, but buyers can choose the combination they like. At lunch time I often buy a bag of mixed rice paper in front of the school entrance, then go to the store and buy a glass of milk tea. My mother always complains that I did not have a proper lunch, and she said that drinking too much milk tea is not good for me. After a time of eating whatever I like, I feel that my mother's words are right. I still love these two dishes, but now I know how to adjust the level more appropriately.
