My name's Fred and I love going on holiday. For our holiday last year, we went to an island. We travelled there by plane. That was exciting too!
It was hot and sunny every day on the island, but sometimes it rained a lot at night.
The food there was fantas.We ate a lot of pineapples, kiwis and fish and one day, Dad cooked pancakes for us which we had with lemon sauce! We went for long walks along the beach and on our last day, I saw some jellyfish! Mum thought they were scary, but I loved them. I took my tablet to take photos of everything and play games on and I brought back some really pretty shells. I gave the best one to my grandma. She loved it.
Linda: Ok! First we went to Ha Long Bay by coach for sixteen minutes. Then we went to a big hotel and stayed there. We stayed in Ha Long Bay for three day. We played volleyball and football on the beach. There were a lot of people. Then we went to a restaurant and ate seafood, drank cool cola together. We usually went to the beach and sang or danced on the sand. The weather in Ha Long Bay is very nice. After went to Ha Long Bay, we went back to my hometown to visit our grandparents. There were very happy to see us. My grandpa often takes me and my cousin to the field to fly kite. While we flying kite my grandma and my mom always cook lunch and dinner for everyone. We stayed in our hometown for a week. Then we went back home to take a rest. I felt very happy and my summer vacation was very wonderful.

My name is Jack, and this is my story. Last year just before Chriistmas my family and our cousin and relatives decided to go to Hawaii for holiday. We went in two cars but when we were about halfway there my uncle wantad to turn round and come back. He said it was too far, and it was terribly hot, too. Even at nght it was really hot. Anyway, what we decided to do was to drive back about 150km to a place where the train went through. Then we put both cars on the train and we all went to Hawaii by train. That was fun.
