b: Để M=0 thì x(x-1)=0

=>x=1(nhận) hoặc x=0(loại)

c: \(P=M\cdot\left(3x-1\right)=x\left(x-1\right)=x^2-x+\dfrac{1}{4}-\dfrac{1}{4}=\left(x-\dfrac{1}{2}\right)^2-\dfrac{1}{4}>=-\dfrac{1}{4}\)
