Birthday is an occasion of reunion and happiness. This is an occordant opportunity to represent love affair to the one we love. My younger sister's birthday came off on last Sunday, the day on which she turned fifteen. She invited a large number of guests including relatives and friends. My whole family were all busy making preparations for the feast. The party took place outside for all the guests to enjoy fresh air in the evening. The surrounding is covered with plenty of colorful balloons and flashing lights. From 6 p.m the guests began to arrive one by one because the party was to start at 7 p.m. Our family warmly welcomed them at the gate of the house. At exact seven, all people present gathered around the table to sing the chorus"Happy birthday to you" and clap hands. After that my younger sister began to blow out all the candles on the cake. Everybody has his own birthday which is considered to be the most important and meaningful day of the year. I just attended a birthday party two days ago. It was my best friend's birthday who turned nineteen that day. It was only a simple party outside with about 10 people present on the occasion. It was not sophisatedly decorated, without any balloons or banners at all. Patio furniture was placed in a corner of the garden for us to throw the party. All the guests were warmly welcomed by the host. We carefully selected a beautiful dress and a bouquet as presents for her birthday. After she blew out the candles, we wished her a prosperous life ahead and then he unwrapped all the gifts. She was extremely cheerful and delighted all the time. After that, we turned on vibrant music and enjoy ourselves at the party. The exciting atmosphere really made us satisfied and contented. Hi, my name is .... I am a student. My favourite season is summer because I have the longest holiday in summer - summer vacation. Last summer, I had a trip to Nha Trang with my parent. This was a short trip - only three day but we had a great time there. We came here by plane. That was the first time I sit on plane and I felt very fantas. At there, we stayed at an lovely hotel. First day, we went to the mót popular place in Nha Trang - a beautiful beach. The water there was very cool and suitable to go in the summer. Next day, we went to some ancient pagoda and ate delicous seafood. Finally, we went to Tri Nguyen Aquarium and took a lot of photos. I also buy some souvenirs for my friend. Fiona is my neighbor. She turned twelve recently and her parents held a birthday party for her. I was one of those invited.

The party began at about three in the afternoon. There were about twenty of us children gathered in Fiona's house. We were all dressed in our best clothes. Everyone, especially Fiona, wore a happy smile.

We gave our presents to Fiona and she happily opened them. It must really be exciting to receive all those presents.

After that Fiona's mother served us soft drinks and delicious tidbits. We then played some games "Musical Chairs" and "Treasure Hunt". The winners were given prizes.

At about four-thirty Fiona's mother brought out the birthday cake. It was beautifully decorated with pink and white icing. Twelve colorful candles sat in the middle of the cake. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Fiona after which she blew out the candles and cut the cake. We clapped out hands eagerly.

We helped ourselves to slices of the delicious cake. Then we continued our games.

Finally at about six in the evening the party came to an end. We were all tired but happy. The parents of the other children came to collect them. I helped Fiona and her mother clean up the mess we made. After that I walked home which was only two doors away.

Today, I am 13 years old, so I hold a birthday party at my house. The party began at 7h p.m and finished at 9h30 p.m on October 15th. I invited a lot of close friends ad intimate friends take part in the party. There is a two layer birthday cake with fifteen candles on the table. After people sang “Happy Birthday” song, I blew out the candles and cut the cake. Everybody ate cake, went to KTV and played mini games together. Finally, my friends returned their home, although they all tired, they felt so happy. Regarding me, I cleaned and washed up the party, then I went to sleep.

          I need to reduce my stress too. Stress can harm the ability of my immune system to work optimally, and people who are stressed tend to catch colds more than less stressed people. Manage my stress is contributing to prevent the flu. Beside, Drinking water may also help wash cold and flu viruses from my throat to my stomach where they cannot survive. Although getting cold doesn't actually cause a cold or flu (the viruses do), but being cold can reduce my stamina and make me feel miserable and fatigued, so i need to stay warm.

In addition, i eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might help me prevent the common cold, and i will also drink more milk, this will be help me healthy and stronger to prevent the cold
