a)- Nếu \(x-9\ge0\Rightarrow x\ge9\)

-Nếu \(x-9< 0\Rightarrow x< 9\)

thì phương trình trở thành: \(-\left(x-9\right)=2x+1\Leftrightarrow-x+9=2x+1\Leftrightarrow-x-2x=1-9\)

                                                                               \(\Leftrightarrow-3x=-8\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{8}{3}\) (nhận)

Vậy x = 8/3

b) -Nếu \(x< -15\) thì phương trình trở thành: 

\(-\left(x+5\right)-\left(x+7\right)-\left(x+15\right)=4x\)

\(\Leftrightarrow-x-5-x-7-x-15=4x\Leftrightarrow-7x=27\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{-27}{7}\) (loại)

-Nếu \(-15\le x< -7\) thì phương trình trở thành:

\(-x-5-x-7+x+15=4x\Leftrightarrow-5x=-3\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{3}{5}\) (loại)

-Nếu \(-7\le x< -5\)thì phương trình trở thành:

\(-x-5+x+7+x+15=4x\Leftrightarrow-3x=-17\Leftrightarrow x=\frac{17}{3}\) (loại)

-Nếu \(x\ge-5\) thì phương trình trở thành:

\(x+5+x+7+x+15=4x\Leftrightarrow-x=-27\Leftrightarrow x=27\) (nhận)
