I have eaten a lot of delicious dishes, but the garlic fried rice with eggs from my grandmother is my favorite dish. In busy times or when I am hungry at night; just one egg, a few cloves of garlic, a little bit of left over rice from dinner and some spices can create a delicious dish. Usually my mother is the main cook in the family, but sometimes grandma also performs her talent with some breakfast and snacks. Her fried rice is one of a kind because I cannot find fried rice that as well as hers anywhere else. Every time she makes that dish, I stand next to her to learn how to make myself a good plate of fried rice. First she puts the oil and garlic in the pan, after the garlic began to have a good smell, she pours in the seasoned eggs. She puts the rice in just right after the eggs begin to harden, and the eggs cover the rice in a beautiful golden layer. The food is finished after she had put on a little pepper and scallion, and I am always the most eager one to eat it. The aroma of pepper, garlic and fish sauce plus the sweetness and fatness of the egg are a really impressive combination; and each time I have this dish, it is still the first time for me. I try my best to make the fried rice as good as her, but I could never create the delicious taste that she made. Now my grandma is older, so she does not usually cook for us before. My mother always cooks good food, but her garlic fried rice with egg is still the best one for me.

Đầu tiên bà cho dầu và tỏi vào chảo, sau khi tỏi bắt đầu có mùi thơm thì bà cho trứng đã được nêm gia vị vào. Bà cho cơm vào khi trứng chỉ mới bắt đầu khô lại, và trứng phủ một lớp màu váng óng rất đẹp lên hạt cơm. Món ăn hoàn thành sau khi bà cho ít hạt tiêu và hành lá vào, và tôi luôn là người háo hức nhất để được ăn nó. Mùi thơm của tiêu, tỏi và nước mắm cộng với vị ngọt và béo của trứng thật sự là một sự kết hợp ấn tượng, và mỗi lần ăn đối với tôi vẫn như lần đầu. Tôi cố gắng để làm ra món cơm chiên ngon như của bà, nhưng không bao giờ tôi tạo ra được mùi vị ngon như bà nấu. Bây giờ bà nội đã lớn tuổi, vậy nên bà không thường nấu ăn cho chúng tôi nữa. Mẹ tôi vẫn luôn nấu những món ăn ngon, nhưng đối với tôi món cơm chiên tỏi trứng của bà là món ngon nhất.

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

Hơn nữa, mì Ý còn nổi tiếng vì ngon và tiện lợi như món đồ ăn nhanh. Mì Ý từ lâu là món ăn truyền thống của đất nước Ý. Mặc dù bắt nguồn từ Châu Âu, mì đang ngày càng phổ biến ở Châu Á điển hình là Việt Nam. Ngày nay, đây là món ăn nổi tiếng không những ở Ý mà còn ở nhiều nước trên thế giới.
