In my summer holiday, I did not do something special and did not go somewhere special except Chamonix and Venice. Most of my holiday was showing friends of my parents and my grandparents the most important and the most beautiful places of Geneva and its surroundings.

I started the summer holiday before everyone (6 days before). That was because of my grandparents. Well, it first started off when my grand parents came. We were going by car where my grandmother wouldn't walk and I was walking with my grandfather. Because my grandfather s walking and my grandmother doesn't. Well they stayed for 1 month and went back to Turkey. The next visitors were my mother's schoolmates (can you believe it!!). They stayed one month as well. We kind of went to same places, when they were gone that was the fun. We went to Chamonix and Venice.

The best thing there was the Jacuzzi and the pool. In Chamonix, the mountains haven. The highest there was Mont-Blanc and Auguille du Midi. We climbed with a cable car; it was totally amazing and extremely cold. This point was 3842 meters high. And, of course, I should not forget Venice, it was also a haven but I didn't see much because we had small amount of time. The most amazing thing was the square of San Marco Polo and then the gondolas.

The thing I really d about my holiday was getting a brand new VW Passat and seeing my grandparents (first time in two years).

I have a big family with four people. I have one sister and one brother. My sister is older and my brother is younger than me. My father is a teacher at a secondary school. A degree in Civil Engineering enables me to achieve my goals and also gives me an opportunity to make a difference in the community.

Five years from now, I want to become a project manager of a construction project. As a project manager, my primary goals are managing people, set budgets, and making decisions of all kinds. I also want to speak English fluently so I can work with people from different countries.)

Ex1: My hobby is travelling. I love travelling with my friends. Travelling gives me pleasure. Travelling is also a sort of education. By travelling I saw new things, beautiful objects and meet new people. It fills our mind with joy. There are various modes of travelling. Some people want to travel by train, ships, aeroplanes… But I love travelling by motorbikes because I can capture good moments on road. Whenever I am free I make plan with my friends and try to travel as many places as I can. I saved money everyday for travelling.

Ex2: I can say that my hobby is dog training. I have a dog Jerry and we are best friends. We understand each other perfectly. Jerry follows all my commands and performs some simple tricks. I spend 2-3 hours a day training Jerry and it takes me a lot of effort but it’s so much fun! Dogs are very devoted and understanding creatures. It is a great pleasure and entertainment to communicate with them. When Jerry is disobedient I never punish him. I often give him sweets and cookies as a reward.

Ex3: I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words. By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity.

Ex4: I watching movies, especially horror and action movies. I find myself a stronger person when I watch these films. There is another hobby that I really enjoy – gathering with my friends for chatting. I the Thailand and Chinese cuisines because they are tasty and spicy. Moreover, I enjoy myself by swimming and reading books when I am alone

Ex5: My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina is the thing I enjoy in my leisure time. Besides, I extremely love travelling, exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Ex6: My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Ex7: 
A hobby that I enjoy is using the computer. Surfing the internet is what I mostly do whenever I have free time.
No one can deny the benefits of Internet. Information resources are probably the biggest advantage that Internet offers to people. Internet is wonderful source of information. All kind of information on any topic is available on the Internet at anytime. I love searching things on Google. It’s a very useful tool from the Internet, we can know everything with just one mouse click.
Becoming knowledgeable is also a great benefit of using Internet. I spend a lot of time on the Internet for reading news. All latest news is continuously up-to-date on the Internet on various news sites. I often visit E-newspaper websites to read hot daily news. I can know everything such as current issues that happen in this world, what happen to our country, celebrities life, recent fashion, and other news that can enhance my knowledge. I would rather using Internet for updating news because it is available everywhere at anytime.
In conclusion, people increasingly spend their leisure time using Internet because it is a helpful tool where people can learn new things and keep informed of information around the world. Internet turns the world into the speed generation. As the Internet saves us much time, we can have enough time to do other things. The internet is a marvelous creation in this generation.

My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story. I enjoy reading because I to explore the imaginative world of my favourite author, J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading can make me relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabulary items. Then I can further improve my English. Moreover, it can give me an unlimited imagination, so I can write books in the future. I can learn the different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too. I read at least one hour every day. I read books by myself. I usually read it at home. I wish I could read different kinds of books because it might be very challenging.
