• However = Nevertheless ( tuy nhiên)được tách ra bởi một dấu phẩy nếu nó đứng ở đầu câu hay cuối câu và sẽ nằm giữa hai dấu phẩy nếu nó nằm ở giữa 2 câu
• Ex : I studied very hard. However, I failed the exam. (Tôi đã học hành rất chăm chỉ, tuy nhiên, tôi vẫn trượt bài kiểm tra)
