In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.

With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chao. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on

motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.

In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Trên những con đường, có đôi khi là những vòng xuyến vô lý. Chúng không chỉ là vô ích, mà còn làm cho giao thông hỗn loạn hơn. Để giải quyết vấn đề này, chúng tôi chỉ có một cách, đó là cải thiện lại con đường. Tuy nhiên, nó là không thể cho chính phủ để mở rộng các con đường giao thông bởi vì bị giới hạn về đất đai. Bất cứ khi nào những con đường được sửa chữa, giao thông còn nguy hiểm hơn với những công trình đang dang dở. Mọi người vẫn đi lại trên những con đường đang sửa chữa, và những con đường này thì rất nhiều và hẹp hơn. Chúng tôi cũng có thể xây dựng cácđường hầm nhưng nó rất là tốn kém. Việt Nam phải vay tiền từ các nước khác và không ai biết khi nào chính phủ có thể trả lại tiền. Như bạn đã biết, Hà Nội là một nước nhiệt đới giómùa, nó có rất nhiều mưa mỗi năm. Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.

Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó. Bây giờ, chính phủ đưa ra nhiều luật lệ nghiêm ngặt mới để cải thiện tình hình hiện tại. Công an luôn tích cực hơnso với trước đây. Mọi người đi xe máy đội mũ bảo hiểm một cách tự nhiên mà không có bất kỳ sự ép buộc nào. Các giao thông đang tốt hơn và tốt hơn từng ngày.

Kết luận, với nhiều biện pháp nghiệp vụ, giao thông tại Hà Nội sẽ trở nên tốt hơn vào một ngày nào đó. Tình trạng nghèo nàn ở Hà Nội là vấn đề có thể giải quyết bởi sự phát triển của nền kinh tế.

Tính trung bình có hàng ngàn trường hợp tai nạn giao thông đáng thương tâm xảy ra tại Việt Nam, gây thiệt hại nghiêm trọng về người và của. Mặc dù đang được nâng cấp và được trùng tu nhiều lần nhưng hệ thống giao thông của Việt Nam chưa được cải thiện nhiều. Ùn tắc giao thông xảy ra nhiều lần ở các thành phố lớn không chỉ làm thiệt hại hàng trăm tỷ đồng mỗi nămmà còn gây ra các tổn thương nghiêm trọng về sức khỏe như chấn thương đầu, cột sống,… . Lưu thông trên đường bộ, đường sắt, đường sông mỗi năm một tăng nhưng cơ sở hạ tầng lại chưa được quan tâm một cách đúng mức dẫn đến cung không đủ cầu. Đây chính là mối quan tâm nà nhà nước và chính phủ việt Nam phải tìm ra hướng giải pháp nhanh chóng.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Tôi sống ở Việt Nam và có rất nhiều vấn đề về giao thông ở các thành phố lớn ở nước tôi. Thứ nhất, có quá nhiều người sử dụng đường bộ đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm khi mọi người chạy ra ngoài làm việc và đi học hoặc về nhà từ những nơi đó. Thứ hai, có quá nhiều xe trên đường gây ùn tắc giao thông. Một vấn đề nữa là nhiều con đường hẹp và gập ghềnh. Thứ tư, có tai nạn giao thông hàng ngày nên rất nhiều người bị mất mạng hoặc bị thương. Vì vậy, để đi trên đường an toàn, tôi nghĩ chúng ta cũng nên tuân thủ các quy tắc giao thông và các biển báo giao thông. Hơn nữa, cẩn thận là rất cần thiết.

My favorite movie of all time is Titanic. It is the best love story I have ever watched. I watched this movie many times but I never got tired watching it. Whenever I watch it, I always cry.

The reasons I it so much are the grand scenery and the roman content. The film is about the love story of Rose Dewitt Bukater and Jack Dawson. Jack was a free-spirited poor young man but he got a ket for a luxurious ship, Titanic. Rose was from the American upper class and was engaged to a man. She was reluctant to marry him. She met Jack in Titanic and they fell deeply in love even there was a huge gap between them.

Titanic was headed to America from England. However, the ship crashed into an iceberg on the way. The side of it broke up and the ship was flooded. Not everyone could escape safely. Many people dead include Jack. Rose was survived because Jack helped her to climb on a boat. Jack sacrificed himself for Rose. Although It was only a classical sad love story, it encompassed a large range of emotions, laughter, rage, terror and the feeling of deep love. I was touched and especially appreciate the love between them. They both tried to save each other. It showed the power of love could do everything.

I think the movie had the exellent content which was based on a real story. The two main actor and actress Leonardo and Kate had an outstanding performance. Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.

This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.
