My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has long and beautiful hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only her can know my true feelings. Eating more vegetables can cure Alzheimer
American scientists conducted a research for almost 5 years with 560 volunteers at the average age of 81,
which collected the information about these people’ diets including spinach, kale and lettuce. Once a year, they had to take tests about intellect and memory.
The result showed that all of the paripants in the research did not suffer from Alzheimer. The collected information would provide more surprising evidence about the link between diets and aging, in which the groups eating more vegetables were about 11 year old younger on the average than those who did not
Intellect and memory tests showed that people who ate less than a portion of vegetables every day had the rate of memory loss more slowly than those who ate very little or hardly ate

My primary school years were truly memorable! I learned so many new and interesting things. From the time I started reading and writing simple words to being able to read and write countless interesting names of the world, from the simplest math problems to more difficult ones, I learned everything at this school.
