- The first university in Vietnam is Temple of Literature. The Temple of Literature was built in 1070 under the reign of Emperor Ly Thanh Tong to honor Confucius and later used as a royal school, where Emperor Ly Nhan Togn studied when he was a five-year-old children. Nowadays, it's about 10 minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The Temple is divided into five courtyards. The first courtyard is from the main gate to Dai Trung Gate. The second is Khue Van Pavilion. The pavilion symbol is used on all street signs of Ha Noi. The third courtyard is the place where doctorate names were listed on the stone tablets above tortoise backs. Theb fourth courtyard is dedicated for Confucius and his 72 honored students. The last is also the farthest courtyard is Thai Hoc House, which was used as the Imperial Academy.

Being fit should be our first aim of living a healthy lifestyle. It doesn’t require exercising for hours, just a small amount of exercise and healthy food on daily basis is enough to maintain the health and fitness. We should keep our eyes always open and select stairs instead of the elevator, use cycle instead of car or bike for nearby areas, walk to the next bus stop, etc creates really a big difference. Being involved in daily physical exercises not only keep us fit but also improve our lifestyle and healthy living. It increases our energy level and thus confidence level.
We should enjoy spending hours on morning walk, running, working out at the gym or other physical activities to keep body functioning well as well as improve muscle endurance. We should eat fresh cooked food instead of stale food in order to remain away from the digestive disorders.
