I used to attend the Tet Holiday Flower festival. It’s called Nguyen Hue Flower street Festival. It is held in Nguyen Hue Street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It takes place every Tet Holiday for 1 week. It is celebrated by Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. They display and decorate the street with many kinds of flowers and lights. Many people come there to enjoy the beautiful flowers and take pictures.

Every country has their traditional clothes. Ao Dai is known as traditional Vietnamese clothes especially women. According to dictionary the definition of Ao Dai is a long-sleeved tunic with ankle-length panels at front and back, worn over trousers. It can be designed with several colors, patterns such as: flower, nature and different kind of fabrics. Wearing Ao Dai, women dignify their body’s attraction as well as reflect a national culture. Therefore, it’s very proud for women to put on the special clothes. Student and teacher wears white Ao Dai to high school and some university on Monday to join in the ceremony. Moreover, it is engagement party that the bloom dress in Ao Dai to represent the tradition of Vietnam. Not only in Vietnam, It is also famous in international market that an increasing number of foreign tourists try wearing Ao Dai when visiting my country.
