Hi, my name is Son and I'm a student from secondary school. As a secondary student in Viet Nam, we have to go to school 6 days a week, so I have quite a little free time. First of course, in my free time, I playing sports, especially some outdoor sports basketball or football, with my friends. Playing sports will help you have a healthy heart and connect people. Besides, when I have more free time, I would be happy to go on a picnic. One thing I really about picnics is fishing. You can relax and mingle with nature. If the weather is not good for hanging out, I just spend all day long at home playing video games. That is how I spend my free time, what's yours?

In my daily life, I have some hobbies such as travelling, cooking, listening to music and so on. However, I enjoy reading book most. To me, books are always a good friend. Firstly, reading books makes me feel relaxed after many long stressful hours at school. I really comic books because they contain a lot of colorful and interesting images that keep my spirit relax. Secondly, reading books is a good way to improve my vocabulary and grammar. For example, reading books tells me about the world’s history, let me see the structure of the human body, or bring me a story of Harry Potter. In conclusion, I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activities.
I think life in the countryside has many advantages. Firstly, people are very friendly. Secondly , the space is very large. We can play, shout or run around without disturbing others. Thirdly, we can go swimming, go fishing interesting things. Moreover, life is peaceful. Then food is very fresh and especially vegetables. Finally , there are a lot of tradition activities that I can join. In short, if I have a chance to live in the country. I think I will be very happy.

City is a place where life has become modern and comfortable and also mechanised. It is a huge habitation with brilliant life and life style to be seen everywhere.
For a correct assessment of city life we have to look at both the pros and cons of the city life, understand its advantages and disadvantages, and its merits and demerits.
People throng to a city basically for their employment i.e. for a means for a living or earning. This of course is absolutely necessary for all human beings and a city offers more avenues and has greater potential for jobs and there are more job opportunities. It is for this main reason that people come and crowd the cities.
This does pay as; the city has more to offer for people of all categories. This is not available in smaller places or villages. No matter what the talents and capacities of individuals, all of them get absorbed in cities as; it offers them all the power to sustain themselves.
Since every individual is busy looking for opportunities of livelihood there is bound to be in city a tough competition. Whether it is a competition for a job, for an examination or space or an office, or, as much as, even an area for begging, a city offers a very keen competition for all no matter what they follow.
This in turn results in the obvious tensions and hurry found in city life. In a city if we watch for some time, the impression we get is that, everyone is or at least seems to be running to his destination, lest someone else reaches there before.
There is besides the tensions of city life, a lot of glamour in most of them. This glamour also has its own attraction for the people rushing to cities. Life style becomes good as, there is a lot of money flowing in a city.
Just as job avenues are in plenty, the entertainment avenues are also in plenty. These avenues of entertainment and the light of glamour in cities have their charm and also their drawbacks.
The city children try to ape the scenes they see around full of glamour and priceless enjoyment. Seeing all this when most of them grow to be bereft of most of this, they feel left out and frustrated.
One most attractive point of city life is that here we find multifaceted avenues of education, which is completely lacking in small places. This gives the children a vast spectrum of choices of study to follow.
No matter what each child in a city is fond of doing, he/she is sure to find a place where his/her avenue of studies is taught. This is a great advantage to the children in cities, and this is exactly why, the city children are smarter and more exposed to the world, compared to their counterparts in villages.
The place I am living in is a beautiful little city near the sea. The infrastructure here is quite advanced and modern. In the past, the number of vehicle was so high, so traffic congestion often occurred, especially during the rush hours. However, recently, most people have been travelled by public transport using alternative energy instead of private vehicles, so the city has significantly reduced traffic congestion and pollution. The city also has many big and small amusement parks, movie theaters, restaurant ... to satisfy the needs of consumers. My favorite place in this city is the huge harbor. Every day, there are thousands of ships and boats going back and forth, of fishermen, traders or tourists. The atmosphere of the market is very vibrant and bustling. This is also the factor that makes the city become prosperous and rich. Moreover, the people in the city are very friendly, open minded and very aware of environmental protection. So even though there are many factories and vehicles, the city is still clean, beautiful, the air is fresh and cool. I love this city very much, hope that in the near future, the city will grow and become more and more modern.
Last traditional Lunar New Year, my family organized a trip to Cambodia, and it was an exciting trip. We did not go by airway; instead we chose to go by long-distance bus. After about 10 hours of sitting in the bus, we finally came to Xa Xia border which was located right next to Ha Tien. It was my first time out of the Vietnamese territory, and the religious atmosphere at Cambodia made me feel very impressed. After crossing the border, we spent about 3 more hours on the bus before reaching a small coastal province called Sihanouk. My parents were tired after a long trip, so they decided to have a rest at the hotel. However, my sister and I spent the entire afternoon wandering in the local markets. We bought a lot of interesting things, and what I most was the delicious durian. The atmosphere there was hotter than Vietnam, so we could only comfortably go sightseeing when the sun completely disappeared. Right in the center of the town is a giant golden lion statue - Sihanouk's symbol, and I noed that almost every major building here has a casino. Early in the next morning we boarded the ship to move to Korong Salem Island, and this was one of the most famous islands in Cambodia. After about 45 minutes on the boat, Korong Island appeared as a paradise beach with white sand and green coconut palms. The water there was crystal clear and as calm as a swimming pool. We spent a whole day swimming and playing along the beach, and we only had lunch when the sun began to shine brightly. The next day we visited some famous pagodas, and the trip ended late at night. Although I had to travel for a long way, but I feel this trip was worth it. Experiencing a new culture in Cambodia is a really exciting thing, and I hope I have opportunity to visit more countries.
-k for me please-
Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country with 54 ethnic groups living together. Kinh people account for 85.4% of Vietnam's population, with 78.32 million people. The remaining 53 ethnic minorities (ethnic minorities) account for only 14.6% of the national population (See Table 1) . In my opinion, living in the countryside has its own pros and cons. According to benefits, it has fresh air, quite environment and friendly neighbors. Firstly, you have a healthy life. Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world. English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.
As a child,I lived in a town called cornwall. My parents often took me go to the park where I used to play ‘hide and seek’ with some children.
There was a river near my house.Dad used to take me there. He taught me how to swim.I enjoyed swimming and playing games in the cool water. When I was six,my mother took me to school and I had my first lessons. My teacher was very smart and gentle but I felt afraid all the time. It took me a long time to get used to studying at school.
Five years later my family left cornwall. Last week I came back to visit it. Every thing became strange to me.There was only one thing:The river where I used to have a swim still look exactly the same.
Perhaps the most amazing gift of this life when fatigue is to find the childhood flashback.
I remember about my childhood, is the time chasing candy Ad bike towed to the steam loss, eating slowly bit by bit to try to prolong the taste of it. As the toy grabbed three picking leaves clustered in cooking, are the long strings package tomorrow ngoang box sneaky hidden for fear of being scolded, as the days to accumulate money to buy breakfast only a comic book, is sometimes three times playful romp that went down to a broken leg.
I remember in my childhood, the days are filled with sunshine, is singing rhyme sung in the summer meetings, the first is said to lie to ride, is the process of growing up between the earth itself long wide sky, and bringing with them the desire to step into life.
I remember about my childhood, is the time to catch the wind direction vane raised, is the time to play hide and seek and chase lost amid the busy streets do not find the way back, as the bike wobbled reps bleeding down weeping with thuong.Toi hiccups worth remembering my childhood, the days are so much fun, as well as what material deprivation, when even candies may also sometimes bite with friends split in half, to just a few hundred smoldering snacking pleasure as well have the whole world, when the children's day gift is just a couple of pieces of candy and a notebook writing but still excited, looking forward to.
I remember in my childhood, the time had been carefree, can live surrounded calm among people, but not tired and bear more responsibility gong stand on own feet its like now.
And so everyone's childhood, the days are not cracks, but the process has raised the cry tingled, laughter poured, with both of the young and foolish sad, skin wounds mixed with blood and tears. But, in retrospect it all, and that is happiness itself is fun.
Those older we tend want to recall things over, especially the memories of the past. Because each recall how, we will be more motivated to overcome all the difficulties of the present, to realize that all things are going through, so she continues to be a page diary in the past.
Those older we tend want to recall memories from the childhood years. Because whenever fatigue or despair, stumbling or depressed, those childhood memories segment is like as wonderful sedative, to help them feel as found on the peaceful landing.
Time still goes by and gradually bring my entire youth gone, even the childhood memories will become a silence and was honed by thousands of the world.
What was your childhood? Has been a period of growing up like? Do you remember?
