My partner, Minh, has a quite unhealthy eating habits. He usually eats nothing in the morning if he has to go to school. Sometimes in the day off, he eats hamburgers and instant noodles, which are not good for health. During the day in the school, he often has fast foods and cocacola even for lunch. He said he likes fast foods and canned foods and always buy them in the supermarket. He also doesn’t eat vegetables and fish. He loves fried chicken and chips.
I have given him some advice and he has promised to try a new more healthy diet. I suggest he drink water instead of cocacola, eat much fish and vegetables. He can try beans and peas cause they are not fatty but very nutrient. Besides, he should stop consuming so many fast foods. He had better do some exercises if he wants to lose weight and keeps fit and healthy.
Every day, I always eat rice with some meat and fish because it has more good nutrients such as: protein, lipit...And I sometimes eat fast food as: hamburger, KFC...And I drink some juices.
It is necessary to avoid soft drinks like coke and fanta because they are not good for our health. It is better to drink mineral water or fruit juice instead. In addition to this, it is widely believed that people, especially children should not consume too much fast food and sugary products.

Life in modern cities truly causes a lot of nuisances. In the first place, citizens have to deal with traffic congestion every day. This problem is even worse in the rush hour when so many people run out to work and are stuck on the streets for hours. Next, the high cost of living is also a serious issue in the city, especially in metropolitan cities.
