Everyone has their own habits, for example my friend has a habit of playing on the phone after waking up, and I have a habit of reading books before going to sleep. This habit may have been formed since I was young; my mother read me bedtime stories every night when I was not able to read. They could be fairy tales, parables, poems or lyrics. When I started reading well, my mother let me read my favorite books myself. At that time I used to read The famous detective Conan and Doraemon, and my bookcase was almost full with comics. Until I was older, my habit of reading before bed time was still maintained. Instead of just reading comic books like before, now I choose to read more genres, such as short stories by domestic and international writers, ghost stories, Kim Dung's novels, books written by famous people such as Dreams from My Father, The Audacity of Hope by former US President Barack Obama, Living History by Hillary Clinton ... Reading before bed time is not simply a habit, because it helped me a lot in my life. It helps me to improve my memory, learn more useful knowledge, and relax my mind after a long and exhausting day. I think that this habit is wonderful, and I am a lucky person to be both entertaining and learning at the same time.

My name is Linh. I always wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After that, I do some exercises then I put my clothes on and prepare my school bag. Next, I have my breakfast and wait for the school bus. At 8 o’clock I go to school and start my first class then I go to the second class. After that, I often take my lunch break and talk with my friends. At around 12 noon I go back home and take a rest. Next, I usually watch some TV and chat with my family then I do my homework and help my mother in the house. At 9 o’clock I read a book and go to sleep.

My pareants regularly gets up early in the morning, go for a
morning walk. After taking bath they do pooja and then prepares breakfast for me. Then they keep themselves busy in doing household work. In the free time they like to read spirituals books and magazines. At noon my parents and I watche serials and also takes rest. Be evening we go for fetch milk and then later my parents prepare food for us. That’s how they spend their all day.

My favorite TV program is Hello Jadoo - a famous program. I like this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. I wish cartoon will premiere viewers or more episodes and more meaningful.

I often watch this program with my parents and my brother. This program is very useful. I can know about news in domestic and foreign. I wish this program will develop, has more viewers. It is quite challenging when writing an essay about oneself. The requisite to writing this type of essay is thinking, planning and writing skills. For you to describe your background, be able to select important elements in your life. Clearly lay them out without being arrogant in any way. In order present yourself as a distinct personality through your accomplishments, here simple guide.
- Make a list of your interests as you brainstorm on it, as you go through your achievements and goals. Factor in any foreign travel, employment, research projects and any unusual activities that you may consider difficult situations that you have gone through. Discuss how you went through and coped with them. Include any Hardships you encountered, or even family problems or disappointments that you have gone through.
- The introduction of your essay should feature an attention-getting device. Have appropriate quotation or anecdote that captures the reader's attention. Make the reader want to read more about your background. Consider using brief, informative and interesting sentences in your essay. To make your essay effective, write these ideas in outline form and logical sequence.
- Flesh out your ideas as you write the body of your essay as you follow your outline to develop your thoughts. Stick to the salient points as you use selective detail to keep your essay brief. Part of interesting discussion points that you should talk about are things like; Your major accomplishments such as hobbies, experiences, likes and dislikes, other languages spoken, cultural heritage or community service.. These are factors that will set you apart from others. Use appropriate language and vivid images as you develop your thoughts in a clear manner that relate to the introduction.
- As you write Conclusion of your essay have a brief summary of the salient points. Be sure to end with a powerful statement, which will make the reader remember you.
- Consider to Use transitions from one paragraph to the next as you display them in an honest and confident manner. Avoid to ramble rather be as brief as possible, as you carefully check spelling, punctuation, grammar and sentence structure. Revise your essay or ask someone else read it, to get an objective opinion on whether you adequately described your background appropriately.

Every morning from Monday to Saturday, I get up at half past five. After breakfast, I go to school by electricbike. It takes me about 10 minutes from my house to get to my school. Usually, I study at school until 11:30 a.m. I return home at noon to have lunch . In the afternoon I attend English and computer classes. I always get home just in time for dinner at 7:30 p.m.
