I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

Surely when you mention Vietnam, you will immediately think of pho and fried rice. And here is how they work. Pho is made from soft, white rice fibers. Being sandy as a fiber, dried and covered with meat and broth. And fried rice, also made from soft, flexible rice grains, cook into cooled rice and then fry up. Then for some eggs, a little butter to create greasy a few slices of rolls, carrots finally sprinkle a little onion.

Vietnamese Food Pho which is really popular in Hanoi. It is called Fried Pho Noodle. You might know one fried Pho which the noodles are cut in pieces of square. However there is one more fried Pho which the noodles are in long pieces like traditional Pho.The cookers will cut the noodles as long small pieces and then he put all of them into the hot oil pan. After frying the noodles, they turn to the bold yellow Next, the cookers will add the fried beef onto the dish and includes fried green broccoli as well as delicious sauce.Even frying the noodles in the hot oil pan, the taste of noodles is not different too much. The crispy crunchy of the noodles, the brittle of beef, the brittle and sweet of broccoli and the tasty of sauce make this Vietnamese Food Pho is completely different with other Pho.

-Miêu Tả Về Người Bạn Thân:

My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has beautiful and long hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only she can know my true feelings. We have been best friends since our young age, and I will keep this friendship forever.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.

Thach Lam in "Hanoi three 36 streets" writes: Pho is a special gift of Hanoi, not only in Hanoi, but because it is delicious only in Hanoi. "classic", cooked with beef, "the broth is clear and sweet, the cake is flexible but not crumbly, the meat is crispy but not chewy, the chili lime with onions is enough", "fresh herbs, northern pepper, drops lemon nuggets are strong, add a little bit of ca cuong, sometimes as light as a doubt.” In the 1940s, pho was very popular in Hanoi: "It is an all-day snack for all types of people, especially civil servants and boatmen. People eat pho in the morning, eat pho at lunch and eat pho in the evening....

Ha Noi is the capital of the socialist republic of Viet Nam. The center of culture, politic, economy of the country.

It’s the largest city in Việt Nam, it lies on the red River in the north center of Viet Nam.

And it has a population about over 6 million people(as 2008) Ha Noi has become the capital of Việt Nam since 1010. Its name has changed several times. The capital was first called Thang Long, then Dong Do , Dong Kinh, and finally, it has been called Ha Noi since 1831

Ha Noi is situated in a tropical monsoon zone with two main seasons; dry season and wet season. The dry season last from October to April next year. It’s cold, cloudy and occasionally rainy. The wet season last from May to September. It’s hot and heavy rain, even storms

Ha Noi is exciting and peaceful capital. Hanoi still maintains many ancient architecture. Including : The old quarters and over 600 pagodas and Temples. One of the famous places is The one Pillar Pagoda; The Quoc Tu Giam temple Literature, Hanoi Opera House; Precedent Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum. And now, there’re a lot of big famous buildings as My Dinh stadium; Ho Tay water park; National conference center.

Ha Noi has a lot of green trees, parks, lakes, Which are lungs of the city, keep the air clean and fresh.

However, Ha Noi has problems with traffic and pollution. Only over 6 million people but there are 4.5 million motorbike and car. Traffic jams occur. There’s a lot of smoke and dust in the air. So the air isn’t really clean. Moreover the price and service is a bit expensive, so many people don’t like living here.

Apart from these problems. Hanoi is still a beautiful place to live and to work and I like living here.
