\(\frac{1}{2^2}+\frac{1}{3^2}+...+\frac{1}{1990^2}<\frac{1}{2^2-1}+\frac{1}{3^2-1}+...+\frac{1}{1990^2-1}=\frac{1}{1.3}+\frac{1}{3.5}+...+\frac{1}{1989.1991}=\frac{1}{2}.\left(1-\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{5}+...+\frac{1}{1989}-\frac{1}{1991}\right)\)

\(=\frac{1}{2}.\left(1-\frac{1}{1991}\right)=\frac{1}{2}.\frac{1990}{1991}=\frac{995}{1991}<\frac{1}{2}<\frac{3}{4}\)

Vậy \(\frac{1}{2^2}+\frac{1}{3^2}+...+\frac{1}{1990^2}<\frac{3}{4}\)
