There are a lot of ways to be healty. Firstly, we should have a balanced diet. It means that we should eat more fruit ang vegetables, eat less meet and fast food. Secondly, it's very important to do exercises regularly. We can play sports such as: badminton, table tennis, ... and take part in outdoor activities such as: football, baseketball, picnic, swimming, .... Finally, we should spend time studying and resting properly. We shouldn't stay up late or play games online too much. We should relax our minds after long times studying. In short, to keep our body healthy we should carry out the above things seriously.
