Instructions - Put the pan on the stove, heat the pan over medium heat - Put the cooking oil in the pan, heat the old fat evenly, then reduce the heat gradually. - Crack 1 or 2 eggs into a greased pan, the number of eggs depends on your needs. - Continue to simmer until the eggs begin to turn golden evenly, do not shake the pan so that the eggs are shaped into molds. You can cover 1 side or 2 sides to cook the egg evenly. If you like to eat soft-boiled eggs, you can cook 1 side until cooked, then use a shovel to remove the eggs from the plate. - Arrange eggs on a plate, garnish with tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and herbs for more attractiveness |
