Nowaday, social is developing. people eat a lot of nutritous food and drink.Especially, young people very like fast food such as: french fried, coca cola,... because it's convenient and suitable with them.that's the first reason leading to the obesity. next, people also don't like do morning exercise, they prefer surfing the internet to doing morning exercise. to keep fit and healthy, i have some basic advice for eveybody.first, you should reduce amount of fast food which you often eat everyday, increase amount of healthy food like: vegetables, fish,milk... you 'd better do morning exercise everyday to have a perfect physically and mentally.and you should go to see the doctor in order to follow your health everymonth. above is my personal opinion. i hope i'll help you a part of problem to keep fit and healthy.
