What's your problems? You need a diet?

Anyways, here is my experiences I would like to share with you to keep you healthy :

- Firstly, you need to eat healthy food like : vegetables, fruits,... but remember to limit eating junk food.

- Secondly, you should do exercises everyday.

- Thirdly, you may want to read books, I think books can keep you relax and stay away from technology for a while.

- Next, you must drink enough water everyday, about 2 liters.

- Then, go to bed early and sleep enough, it will help you stay energetic for a long day.

- Lastly, love yourself. It will makes you happy and proud. Keep yourself positive!
