I will answer your question: "How to kip fit and healthy". In my opinions, there are lots of ways to stay fit and healthy.

The best way that you should sleep before 10pm and wake up at 6'30. After waking up, you can do some gentle exercise and remember drinking a cup of warm water before doing excercise. Moreover, you should eat enough fruits, drink enough water, limit the amount of fast food and you must have time to relax after the exams or your assigments. You can spend 1 hour per week to listen music or have some tea with cookies. Not only do you spend time for relaxing, but you can also grow some trees and flowers in your home to have fresh air and decorate your house.

That is all my advices, I think you can follow my advices to keep fit and stay healthy.
