My day started badly, but it got better and better. It was in Febuary 25th, when spring still has it's warmth and cold. I woke up at 7:45 AM, only to find that a spider crawled on my face! I freaked out like I'm underwater drowning, but turns out it was just a fake spider, and this was one of my brother's pranking schemes. "You should've seen that look on your face!" He said. Words can't describe how painful of a brother he is. I went to the kitchen to make breakfast afterwards. I was going to make a paté banh mi for breakfast, then what I've found was mold. But this isn't your type of ordinary food mold. This is literal green moss coloured mold! It felt slimy too! Not to tell that there are maggots living and eating on that banh mi. How could this day get any worse?! Because of that, I had to skip breakfast and do my algebra assignments. Luckily they aren't that long so I finished the assignments under 30 minutes.

 Fast forward to 11 AM, my mom and dad went back from grocery shopping, and they bought my favourite food, sushi! We had sushi for lunch and it was so delicious. I guess that things are a little bit better that day. But it started to made me even more surprised when in the afternoon, dad took me and my brother to the bookstore which has a lot of cool stuff. He then said the magic sentence: "You can pick anything you want". I was so excited! I rushed from aisle to aisle to find one thing that I need: Puzzle books! I love solving puzzles so I'm pretty keen on with it.

 Until 8AM, this is what makes my day the most. I was watching TV and then my mom went up to me with a brand new phone, saying: "This is your new phone! You have got so many acheivements in studying so I think you deserve something special". I was shocked. I screamed, and was full of excitement that I finally got a phone! And it's brand new and modern too! It feels like I'm dreaming, except that it's real and it's happening right now!

 I couldn't be more thankful. This is the day that made me from being very frustrated and aggressive to being happy and positive. Thank you for reading my story.
