Dear, Juliet.
It's been a while since I've seen you! How's it going so far? Are you really amazing? What about when you're at school? Isn't it also fantastic? So it is with me.
Today, I'm writing to show you how I stay in shape and stay well.
People's welfare is now the most important thing to them. COVID-19, the world's most infectious and serious virus, has spread to everyone on the planet. Starting with China, it spreads to other countries such as Korea, Japan, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, India, Russia, and the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, Finland, and so on. As you might know, approximately 159 million people are expected to die as a result of its magnitude.
In my nation, Vietnam, many restaurants, bars, karaoke, and salons have been forced to close in order to prevent the spread of the disease. Students in Vietnam do not have to attend school from kindergarten to college. That is why I am required to take online classes. I know it's convenient, but I just want to go back to school and see my friends. In this case, I can only sit and watch them on screens. That makes me really sad.
If you can see. Right now, the most important thing is your health. If we don't take care of our wellbeing, I believe 54 percent of us would contract COVID. Of course, it would be the most difficult obstacle for us to overcome.
We are unable to attend school, meet our friends, or meet our parents. Isn't that so sad?
So, here are some of the things I've done to take care of my health:
- Wash our hands regularly.
We all know that when we feed, we have to use our paws. What happens if we don't wash our hands? We may become ill, experience stomach or toothaches, and lose our ability to clean. So, in my view, one of the most important things we can do to remain safe is to wash our hands.
- Exercise on a daily basis.
We will exercise not only in the morning, but also in the afternoon and possibly in the evening. We can strengthen ourselves at any time during the day by exercising. Yoga and cardio are very beneficial to me.Maybe you should give it a shot sometime.
- Consume as many vegetables as possible.
Vegetables, which are low in fat and carbohydrates but rich in vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, can be consumed raw or cooked and play an important role in human nutrition. Many nutritionists advise people to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, recommending five or more portions per day.
- Drink 2.5-3 liters of water a day. 70% of the body is made up of liquids. We can't get much energy to do outdoor activities if our bodies are dehydrated.
- Consume cooked foods
I swear I can only eat cooked food in my life. I'm not even able to lick raw food. Except for coures vegetables. Consider rare meat as an example. You should note that certain parts of the meat have red skin. I still assume it's blood. I'm terrified of blood.
- Every day, smile and be productive.
You've always heard the saying, "Laugh and grow fat," or "Laughter is the best medicine."
If you smile for one minute every day, your life will be one minute longer. Isn't it incredible how valuable it is? One smile equals one minute of life.
-Arise early
Many prominent billionaires, such as Bill Gates, are notorious for getting up early. Despite the fact that getting up early is exhausting and we simply want to sleep longer, they will easily get up early. What is the reason for this? They know that getting up early gets us what we want. We may read a book we like, exercise, take a stroll, and so on. It's preferable to staying up late. Why don't we want to wake up early in order to avoid dark circles under our eyes?
Here are some of my tips for staying fit and safe. I hope you find them useful. If you have any questions, don't be shy; just ask them and I'll answer them as best I can.
I look forward to receiving your letter as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Bao Anh
