I received your letter yesterday. I've known about your problem of gaining weight. Don't worry! Last summer, I gained weight, too. But now I become fit and healthy again. I'm not an expert but I have some advice for you.
It's very important to keep fit and healthy. First, we should have a balance diet. It contains more vegetables, less junk food and meat, also less candy and sugar. We can start to count our calories per day. Second, we should do exercise or play sports regularly. Playing sports like: football, badminton, basketball,... or cycling and swimming. Last but not least, we should sleep enough. If you slept less than 8 hours, you would have an obesity. Sleeping less so you couldn't save your energy. The calories you have will be recouped by the food you eat so you will eat more than usual. Besides, if you slept more than 8 hours, you would waste your time in bed so you cound't do morning exerise and enjoy the freshest part of a day.
Those are some advice I can give you to keep fit and healthy based on my experience. I hope you will have a beautiful body.
