In my opinion,  i think the money should be spent on the elderly. Although robots are good for us life but they can have a little problems. Firstly, goverment should pay a large sums of money to buy robots for resident, that can make the economy of the countries will be downturn. Secondly,  in many factorys,  if the owners use robots are so much, the worker will be unemployment. Finally, in some cases, the robots were lost control and it might dangerous for people when they use it and destroy furniture in the own's house. 

So i think the money should be spent on the elderly because some of them are not have their relatives and they always be bored in a nursing homes. If the goverment spend money to buy gifts for they, they will be better. Especially, the elderly can give us some moral lessons in the life. 

In short, i think the money should be spent on the elderly.
