Dear Nam,  

     How are you? I’m very glad to receive your letter! Hope you are fine. I’ll give you some advice to keep fit and healthy. Those are some experiences from me. It’s easy to keep fit and stay healthy    

     There are many way to keeping fit. First of all, doing exercise regularly will help you to stay in shape, young and healthy longer. You can start by jogging for 20 minutes in the morning or you can cycling in a park or around a lake in your free time. You can do gym or yoga but if you don’t like the gym, you can take up swimming or phaying sports like football.   

      Secondly, your diet plays an important role. In order to have a good health, you should eat more fruit and vegetables but less fattening or fast food. Finally, your work regine and life-style are also factors which affect your health. You should work and relax properly, don’t work to hard, don’t play to much. Relaxation improves your health physically and mentally.
