During the visit to the Safari Park, the students witnessed firsthand the natural life of many wild animals. Their guide reminded them, “Respect the animals’ habitat. Do not open the windows, and do not feed them carelessly.”
However, because Minh loved monkeys so much, he secretly offered a banana out of the window. The monkey quickly approached and leaped into the bus. Some students were scared, with a few huddling into their seats, while others tried to remain calm so as not to startle the monkey.
A small act by Minh caused the monkey to leave its safe environment and created chaos on the bus. In the end, the driver had to stop and gradually guide the monkey back outside.
After the incident, Minh felt deeply remorseful. He understood that feeding wild animals carelessly could make them dependent or harm their natural instincts. The teacher gently reminded him, “Sometimes, what we think is a kind act can actually hurt the animals.”
From that day on, Minh learned to respect nature, and the safari trip became a cherished memory that taught everyone the importance of protecting wildlife
