Bullying is something bad and I've seen it many times. But bullied people are not always innocent. In my class, weak people get teased and harassed. But the people who get the most cruel treatment are the ones whose evil tricks like blaming others, stealing and cheating get them good grades. I don't mean bullying is good, but these bullies don't have evidence to accuse them of. so they vent their anger with violence and cruel treatment.
