In order to help a good health, there are many ways. First,you should sleep and nutritional are help to present the onset of a cold and flu, a healthy lifestyle help your immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving yoe the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold and flu. Then, we should do exercise regular because it has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Next, you shouldn't watch TV because will hurts your eyes. Finally, you should eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, fishs and meat but you shouldn't eat much seafood because you will have a stomachache.
